Don’t buy from them, they selling counting machines very low price, but after 30 to 45 days it stop working and then don’t refund or anything. Will never do business with them.

That's correct. We declined the return because our policy is 30 days from the delivery date. You stated that your office had been using the bill counter every day for two months, when it began malfunctioning. Extended warranty coverage was offered to you but you declined. Furthermore, the listing clearly indicated that the rollers needed to be replaced, and that the machine would need servicing at some point in the near future due to heavy use/age. Our liability is limited in a case like this.
