The blower I purchased came just as described with one small issue, but LilisPad was very responsive to quickly help. This was a new, in-the-box order that seemed to be factory-sealed, but the box had gotten wet. when we opened everything looked and seemed as expected, but the battery would not charge. I called the factory, which took forever and was hard to work with. The seller was willing to jump in the middle and swapped out the battery. Top notch!
