Great speedy service was not expecting till next week some time so bonus feel slightly tight my feet but hopefully might slacken off as they are sort leather. Look real nice on big chunky heels..hopefully will slacken off soon as I have wide foot so could have went with Half size bigger..but vey happy with them more a chocolate colour then a brown..But over all Very Happy as the Skechers shop was priced at £95… So That Was Great Saving of £30..So What’s Not To Be Sniffed At..Very Happy Thank Y.

This is my first transaction with ebay and I was very disappointed. I bought a Superdry's men's parka for my husband at STANDOUT. I could've bought the jacket on Superdry online, but they had ran out of size M. Anyway, the parka came defected. So I requested to return it attaching the photos of defect. And the seller, they tried to bargain with me offering 50%. I really can't believe they sent me the defect and tried to bargain! Knowing this, my husband is very angry. I wouldn't use ebay again!

So sorry for the issue with the item. We never tried to bargain at all, we was always happy to accept a return an refund in full for the damaged item. We have sold online for over 18 years - unfortunately we know some clothing items can have issues from time to time. We offered compensation as a goodwill if you wished to keep the item. But also said it could be returned for a full refund.
