Listing said item was complete. However It arrived missing pieces needed to function seller says he don’t have them. now it’s going to cost me time and money to return. Be cautious of what your buying here

Buyer stated that linkage was missing. In my experience the linkage stays on the vehicle when carb is removed. Also I paid for return so the return cost them nothing. Photo clearly showed condition of item.
