Told me 2 time they’d be shipping on such and such day. 1 when I 1st reached out. I forgot I made the order! The 2nd after I filed my claim. They had an excuse which may be valid, but based on the MANY other reviews stating way delayed shipping times, I don’t buy it. I’ve been refunded by eBay.     Ooma scout with power adapter

    On the outside, it looked fine but it did not work. I know I connected it right as I have an old one but still did not work.
