Uh, this is a battery operated stapler.
Truly, how can the description be "electric" stapler and the stapler actually be battery operated. Okay, sure I understand that somewhere down the line AAA batteries make electricity, but this says electric and I wanted electric - as in plugs into the wall. This is battery operated, it should say battery operated. Otherwise, it's fine. I haven't put it to heavy use yet, which I will eventually and then I will really know how many batteries it eats. The price was so great I should have looked closer to see that it wasn't a truly electric stapler.Truly, how can the description be "electric" stapler and the stapler actually be battery operated. Horrible product from a good company
Hi Sorry, I cannot recommend this stapler. It broke after maybe two months of light use, with light use being maybe only using it every few days, not even 50 times in two months or so. It didn't necessarily "break" as in "break apart" but rather "does not work any more". It's worthless now because every time I put batteries in it, it makes a loud mechanical noise as if it is about to staple but some machine parts are failing so the part of the stapler that is about to "kiss" the paper and staple it never moves. Leave the batteries in it now for two minutes, you just have a loud machine on your desk for two minutes and nothing more. Other than that it was fine when it was working. It was a little loud, but not really. The noise didn't bug me. I don't think it can staple up to 20 sheets. ... Hi Sorry, I cannot recommend this stapler. GOOD STAPLER
Good product but not to expensive. I have had it about 2 weeks and has been working fine. Will staple thru large sets off paper with no hesitation. I would recommend this staple for your home office
