Very disappointed. First of all the opening on the seat is very small almost like it was made for a child. The worst part is the water pressure..Even with the control turned up as far as it will go it doesn't have enough pressure to do the job of cleaning. The cheep model without all the extras like a heated seat does a better job. In my opinion this is a very poor design and a very big disappointing..

I had to make some modifications in order to install the seat. I have a low profile one piece. Toilet with the lever on the front face of the toilet. The back of the seat hit the lever. I did not find this out until after I had purchased the Toto seat.

This bidet seat works well. A couple of perks fell a little short. The warm water will run out especially if you are using it a short time after someone else. In settings preferences for user one and user two obviously the temperature settings don’t have time to adjust when u sit down and punch the other user. As far as value goes this model saves you several hundred dollars. You are giving up continuous on demand heating and the auto open and close lid.
