I can tell you for a fact these are not refurbished, all are covered in dust, no thermal paste has been replaced and I would say 1/3 don't work or did until there under load , I mean the price is good, but.. don't tell me there refurbished when there obviously not.

Alas, the item was damaged during shipping, that caused the item to suffer cosmetic damage even though it appeared well packaged.
