The item is as described. I hesitate to leave a negative review as the seller was helpful but I received 3 weeks after ordering. Only when I pointed out they had not shipped was a tracking added and then it was another 2 weeks. The item sat for a week before USPS added delivery info. I read other reviews with similar issues and decided to still purchase. Very nice, lots of excuses. If not in a hurry, then go for it!

My “excuse” was a torn knee ligament. I did ship late and it was compounded by a delay with the post office. Buyer is not mentioning that I refunded the $10 shipping and offered a further discount that the buyer declined.

It didn’t ship right away but i sent a note to seller & got a tracking nbr next day (had read this from another buyer). I do recommend this seller & will buy again from seller. perfect item, great packaging. i asked for help getting before weekend before C’mas and got it on friday 12/22-perfect! thank you, seller!!
