Arrived missing parts which wasn't mentioned in description or shown in pics. It was eventually resolved with the seller but it took far too long. I was very patient and understanding with the seller, I tried to help by proposing partial refund to minimise the sellers losses from retun postage etc. I understand things like xmas get it the way but that's not the fault of the buyer and should be resolved asap. Communication was very poor at times but it was eventually resolved after a 2 weeks.

I apologize for the inconvenience.:( I wasn’t aware that there were a couple parts missing (couldn’t be seen). I am not savvy with old gas masks other then they sell for twice as much. When you requested a partial refund, I was on vacation (noted on eBay status). Unfortunately Southwest canceled my flight and it took a number of days and dollars to get back. I did my best to be fair.. I tried to research what you spoke of.. but ultimately, I just wanted you to be happy so I gave you a refund.
