    Upgrading my Ping G 3 Wood with the SF Tec Version

    I had the regular Ping G 3 wood and was hitting it okay, but would occasionally get a slight fade and never had great distance -- it was only going about 5 yards further than my Ping G 3 hybrid. For good gapping, I wanted my 3w to be 15-20 yards further than my 3h. Since the SF Tec is 16* instead of the regular 3w's 14.5* AND because it has that slight draw bias, I decided to upgrade. EXCELLENT decision! It goes straight as an arrow, but can still be faded/drawn on command AND I got the extra distance I was looking for. I am carrying the SF Tec an AVERAGE of 20 yards further than regular version and I have increased accuracy and consistency. I HIGHLY recommend the SF Tec version for people looking for greater distance, consistency, accuracy and to correct a slight fade bias.

    Ping G (2016) 7 Wood

    The 7 wood goes into the bag and the 3 wood comes out. The 5 and 7 woods I have now better accommodates my slow swing speed. I'm 69 years old.
