This was a new, in-the-box order that seemed to be factory-sealed, but the box had gotten wet. when we opened everything looked and seemed as expected, but the battery would not charge. I called the factory, which took forever and was hard to work with. The seller was willing to jump in the middle and swapped out the battery. Top notch!

Yes, the box was ugly and beat up. Who cares. It was a brand new Ryobi weedeater that ran like a top. Everything was included, and the weedeater and the string attachment were in tiptop shape.
