Communication with seller difficult. Provided measuring pics showing chain was 2mm not 2.5mm advertised. Seller dismissive, claiming design hindered measurement, no alternative suggested.
Although I was close to accepting a refund offer, subsequent non-responsiveness and being blocked by the seller after expressing willingness to return the chain and exchange it for another was deeply disappointing.Lack of concern for customer reflects poorly on seller's integrity and commitment to satisfaction.

AS THEY SAY YOU CANNOT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY ON THIS EARTH. Customer showed picture of one thing when asked the question and purchased completely different item. Then measuring the item with measuring tape laying down the jewelry and claiming it’s not a same thickness. Please measure jewelry with correct tool called jewelry gauge for accuracy. Return was offered. Did not want to send the item. Customer kept the item, got the full refund and still have a problem.
