    This has really helped my hair !

    I have waist-length, very fine wavy hair. Viviscal has helped me grow and maintain my long hair into my 70s -- as long as I take it every day as prescribed on the bottle. Last year I had to have 3 major surgeries and during my recoveries I got off schedule and within a month of using it irregularly, and also thanks to the anesthetics used with the surgeries, I started to shed really bad. I am now trying to regrow the hair I lost. In just the past 3 months I can see the new growth.     Worth a try

    I've been taking these for a little over four months. My hair loss greatly improved after about two months, however, I don't see a noticeable increase in hair growth or thickness. I'll give it a few more months, then decide if I will stay with this product or try something else.
