    Fast shipping, excellent packaging, and both servers I've received are fully functional. However, they were not as pictured, as I received a single, completely different riser card in both servers versus the two riser cards that were shown. I can't complain too much given the deal I got on these, but having the described riser cards would have been an added perk. I was shocked at how incredibly dusty the servers were, but luckily an air compressor blew out most of the dust. Thanks KruseCom!

    Commercial grade comprable with higher cost units

    I've owned one of these printers for 13 years. Printed thousands of copies, pictures, letters, and index covers. Good color, works with OEM toner, and is a rugged commercial level printer. Prints envelopes, but doesn't print quantities of envelopes well. The paper pick up is unreliable for the tray feed. Manual feed works every time, but takes one at a time by hand. I have a Dell 1760 which actually handles envelopes better, still requires "hand-holding", but feeds more automatically. I print 160 envelopes in a mailing by-monthly. I've had only a few issues with the print head during that time. Replacing the key parts for functionality including the toner is simple and straightforward. I would recommend this unit to anyone, even my non-techy mom.
