I made a mistake w/unit measurement; described 20cm & I assumed 20”. …of course realization upon delivery. I message the seller and I explained directly of my mistake. The seller at no hesitation approved request for refund.
The seller made another offer for keeping the item with a a refund so to minimize or nullify inconvenience. The refund was less ship so $11 refund of $16. Convenience, fair & quick. Great service , bravo.
