Nice length, but poor quality fabrication.
These arm protectors are made from really tough, but comfortable material. I really like them, but there was a quality problem with both gloves. The binding material around all the openings (top, thumb, and hand) is very poorly done and is coming apart right out of the box. With a little use I think they will completely come apart. Considering the cost, it is just not worth my time to return them.

Cut resistant to butter knives maybe...
Not cut resistant at all. They may make good arm warmers, but thats about it. I tested them with a fairly dull kitchen knife to see what they could handle and it cut through the first layer like butter.
