Yes, I would rather have had everything go perfectly, but when things don't go perfectly, I'm thankful to have someone on the other end who is understanding and tries to fairly compensate the customer for mistakes.

Nothing in this items description justifies sending me a single speed transfer case (about $100 from a junkyard) when I ordered a $1500 part.
