I purchased an item from this seller who then created a USPS shipping label. After waiting 10 days for the item to be dropped off at the post office, I reached out to the seller on several occasions to find out find out the status of the mailing. No response so I had to go through the process to get a refund. I understand that sometimes sold items can't be shipped, but there's no reason not to communicate with your customer.
