I recently was on the internet and noticed an article about a Man who intends to drive a car around the World.The article mentioned this book as a successful previous attempt and that prompted me to purchase a copy of it.I'm so glad that I did.I read it cover to cover in about two days,and since then I'm since re-reading it to see if I missed anything the first time around.The logistics of attempting a journey of this magnitude are staggering.The book describes them,everything from visas,shots,sponsors to spare parts that will be needed along the way.Thankfully the logistics are covered in an interesting manner.The actual journey itself is full of unexpected surprises and delays that influence day to day decisions.If you wish to try driving around the Planet from the comfort of your ... Problem solving and managing their own logistics in real time as they navigate rapidly changing politics and border disputes makes this document of their trip way more dramatic and suspenseful than I expected. Since the book is out of print, used copies are pretty expensive so I was stoked to find this one in such great condition and excellent price.Fantastic true story of a small group with a couple of personal vehicles setting out on a global journey. What a great adventure book that is easy to read. I feel like I was part of the crew while reading the pages. I havent enjoy reading a book in a long while so I would recommend this book for anyone that likes adventure readings.
