I rigorously tested these transistors (2sa970) for Vceo and Ic and beta and it passed all of my tests (I do rhis because counterfeit transistors are a major issue) the rated Vceo spec was rated for 120 volts and I put 115 volts across it and the transistors handled it without any trouble (I found that the counterfeit transistor cant handle anywhere near this spec) The Ic spec which is 100 milliamps was also tested and it was also great. The beta values (Ic/Ib) was also well within range too.

The part arrived on time, but was damaged due to poor packaging (Shipped in a plastic mailer with no added protection and crushed during transit ). I contacted the seller immediately, but they insisted it was fine. It wasn't, but I managed to remove the broken housing of the IR sensor and replace with my own. You shouldn't have to pay full price for an item and then replace broken parts on it because it was shipped haphazardly by the seller. Buy from this seller with caution.
