Opened, but in pristine condition, basically the same quality as Joma does with grey-market watches. This was not a cheap purchase, and the seller was completely on point. Packaging was great and, shipping was fast. Highly recommend this seller despite the no-return policy because they actually provide credible photos. I'll keep in touch checking the watch over the next 30 days, but looks good to go!

I would add that the box did not say anything about containing glass or being fragile so it did arrive pretty banged up and two of the lenses broke in transit. Still a great value for what I ended up being able to use.

It just seemed odd that they would prepare me to receive it in a couple of weeks, only to receive it in a couple of days. So, the device looks like a new, mint-condition NAS, in a box that had been opened, but not unpacked. I haven’t yet installed the 4 x 4GB Red Western Digital HDD’s to test. But IO am confident that it will work as advertised. Thank you very much.
