Packaging - Very well done
Unit - It was stated that the unit was recently serviced by the seller. However, the first time I used it, after purchasing and receiving the machine, to format a brand new tape, the rewind function failed to work. The unit stated "system error 11." Therefore, I had to have it serviced to replace a worn out gear cog. I guess this got missed by the tech that serviced it by the seller. Otherwise, all seems currently fine.
