It arrived in good condition, and connected easily. The Arctis 9 is a pretty good headset. The ear cups fit over the entire ear, the sound is good, but they are not adjustable like the Arctis 1, so I can't fit it over a knit cap. The Arctis 1 is lighter and more comfortable but battery life is better with the Arctis 9. Either headset can be worn for several hours. The 9 is better for gaming but for movies, TV or music they are about equal.
