It's a good sturdy tripod. It's about a lb heavier than the 4 leg sectioned MKC3-PO1 which is taller than the MKBFRA4-BH. They're the same length folded up. The PO1 you take out the center shaft and reverse it. The BH you flip a switch on each leg and fold it up over the center shaft. The BH has 2 leg positions but the wider position and is not very stable.. The BH's ball head can support more weight. The PO1 is made for lighter cameras, DX or mirrorless. If you have a large DSLR and a heavy lens the BH is a better bet. The PO1 is a lb lighter and I have a small mirrorless camera so I use instead of the BH.

I bought this tripod hoping it would be lightweight, stable and that it would flexibly fit into a variety of different positions. This is a great tripod. It has high quality manufacturing, holds my camera in any position in a stable and reliable way, and folds up back into a very compact form. I highly recommend it.

I was surprised how small this actually is when it is folded up and in the carrying case. The tripod is steady, lightweight, and I really like the head and quick attach feature. My only regrete is not buying this sooner!

Its truly my favorite tripod right now. its not that suitable for extreme professional night views (unless you will not extended the tripod fully, or if you know how to produce an image late for 3 sec on the sensor. but truly a piece of equipment that i cant travel without any more. It easily fits in my backpack, extremely easy to use and handle. and very light weight.

Excellent tripod! I bought it for my recent leisure trip to Vegas, so wanted something portable and light, yet usable. The build quality is very good, and it fits inside a standard backpack in a flight. The included quick release plate comes very handy! I could not afford the carbon fiber version, which would have been lighter.
This is an awesome little tripod, easily fits inside my carry on bag when traveling.

It was advertised as used, but looked untouched and brand new as far as I can tell. I've used the tripod for several weeks now and it holds my DSLR with my 300 mm lens without issue. Highly recommended.

The Ball head was damaged when I got it so I cant rate it full 5 stars. I bought me a new ball head and its working fine with it. So It's cool. Serves it's purpose really well

Great product. Wish it came with a better way to maneuver the spotting scope than with the ball type head that it comes from the factory. All in all great product.
