In this case the US Postal Service receives a failing grade of "F". My understanding significant delays occurred within the Memphis, TN USPS Distribution System. It took my efforts in filing a "Where's My Package" Report and a local Post Master to deal with Memphis. If there is any way to avoid Memphis - Do It!
