Seller quickly answered a question I had. This is not a five rating because I bought two tennis racquets, and they were stacked together in the packaging without any padding/protection between them. So both new racquets showed up with chips on the necks and frames. It doesn't affect playability, but these are now only "mostly new."

I also asked the seller to ship in a shoebox, to which he agreed. But it came in a thick plastic bag. Luckily the shoes did not get damaged. But I’m not sure why the seller agreed and then didn’t follow through.
