Item (electric sit/stand desk) shipped promptly. However, it was damaged in shipping - desktop was cracked. Seller gave option of replacing top, but then reneged, citing availability. Seller would not replace the complete product and insisted on a partial refund as the only solution. I eventually accepted a 55% refund, and now I must repair the desk top myself. I'm not happy with the result, but I'm leaving neutral feedback due to the agreed compromise. Will not use seller again.

The item looks like the description and appears to be decent quality. The packaging could definitely be better, the box was split and broken and transported upside down. The anvil had some scratches on it from transport and packaging not being the best.
