The cork for the customer’s canteen was damaged in shipment. We offered to pay for a replacement or to provide one at no cost. The customer refused and instead demanded to keep the canteen AND receive a refund. Basically, he wanted a free canteen and became belligerent when we refused. Seller’s Beware! This guy will try to use the system to scam you.
