The handle was broken when I opened the package. The lotion wouldn’t come out. I paid $18 for shipping just for it not to be prepared well enough for it to be safe during shipping. When I reached out to seller, they told me to put the lotion in another container. Then said I had to pay shipping again if I want to return it. Then said the shipping isn’t their problem and that they will report my review if it’s negative. I just want buyers to have a fair chance when buying by being transparent.

Buyer is making false accusation iteam was described and delivered correctly I wrapped in bubble wrap package and priority mail price for iteam originally was $22 dollars I gave a deal to my buyer for $16 dollars in my post it says I don’t accept returns I made an exception and offer to accept iteam buyer wanted another lotion sent by me if I wouldnt send i was threatened to have a bad review please buyers let’s speak with truth I am willing to help and serve great service let me know Ty
