Item arrived new in package, just as described. Doll's bodies were a bit scuffed in areas that can't be seen when wearing clothes, which is perfectly fine by me. They may be slightly damaged dolls that never made it to store shelves, which would explain how the seller is able to have a bulk of multiples to sell. This is a good thing in my mind, especially since it helps the price stay so reasonable. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.
