I understand that the vases are listed in used condition. The listing did say there was no chipping or cracking. One of the smaller vases did have a chip in it when I unwrapped them. But they were all double wrapped in bubble wrap and very protected. The seller was out of town when I purchased but communicated that they would send as soon as they returned. And they did ship on the day they said they would. These vases are wonderful and I will cherish them for years to come. Would purchase again
