They suggested returning which was nice but would have cost me more than trying a battery. It came quickly but after trying to reach out beware. I did order from someone else for less money and really in a package. They come in 2 per pack. PS: The description is now right. I also really don't think they mean harm. I'm upset to leave this and hope they do better. My pen went to a child. Didn't have the heart to junk
