    Unprofessional shipper and sketchy listing. CPU shipped in a zip-lock bag and bubble mailer - no rigid or anti-static protection whatsoever. CPU was listed as new but it has scratches on the IHS. The listing warns of wear from storage but that would imply storage in *packaging*, not just banging around loose or it could be a lie and it's just cleaned up used cpu listed as new. Absurdly high shipping price for what you get. I contacted seller almost 24 hours ago and haven't received a response.

    Incredible Device!

    Was not impressed with the size and weight when it first arrived...looked like a toy. I could not have been more mistaken! Have had the unit about ten days and have scanned well over 100,000 documents!... Disposed of about six crates of paper and am still going. Easy to use and switch from single to duplex, color,grey or black and white. Very rarely am I this impressed with new gadgets...This is no toy!...it is a workhorse.

    Pretty good. Needs a native PDF encoder

    My need was to get rid of a bunch of papers I had collected over the years -I'm talking a bunch of file cabinets. I read many reviews online and this one came in at the top for a lot of reasons. The only trouble I had was finding a native PDF encoder. It does not install with one. I like how easy it was to set up. And its ability to read text to be searched on at a later date was really useful.
