When he was notified of the mistake, he sent back a confrontational msg that's basically a "so what? here's a refund." Zero apology for the mistake. In follow up messages he says that I should be grateful for the refund (because of his mistake) and how he has amazing customer service skill because he issued the refund. Every single person I talk to there is helpful, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily friendly. Their prices are the best around, they are responsive, and few other companies deliver better customer service.
