Took a little bit for the item to be shipped, but once I contacted the seller, they got back to me within the hour and updated me on the order. There was an understandable extraneous reason for why it hadn't happened and once they were able to, they got it out immediately, and the item came in only a couple days after. The box was a little worn but it is an older kit so it was to be expected and was otherwise new and clean. The packaging was very secure with plenty of padding.

The prints were terribly packaged in a reused Amazon box and arrived smashed, with broken glass that scuffed one of the prints. The seller offered a full refund if I returned the items, but I do not want to send back the prints; I just wanted a reimbursement for the frames. Communication with the seller has not been great overall. However, the items arrived very quickly, and the shipping prices were low.
