      Not So Stiff Upper Lip

      I've tried a few mustache waxes and have come back to Clubman, ... until I find something a bit stiffer. This wax is suitable if you have a longer mustache where the ends are about 1/2" or longer. You need to use plenty and it will hold up for several hours. Because it is water based if the air is moist then it may begin to lose its stiffness. And if you have a shorter mustache, it may begin to fray at the ends after a few hours. This is a downside of being water soluble. The upside of being water soluble is that it washes out really easily. Some of the tackier and stiffer waxes out there seem to need mineral spirits or a blow torch to melt them off your mustache. It'd be nice if there were an in-between wax that had great hold even on shorter mustaches, but was also easy to ...

      Great product, could hold a little more.

      This product is pretty good. I have bene using it for a few months now and I am happy with it. However, sometimes my mustache doesn't completely hold and it "splits" (I sculpt a handlebar mustache) so it looks like I have whiskers instead. But I realized that I have to shape it and then apply cold air for it to completely solidify. It holds for about three hours for me. After that, it begins to "split" again. Overall, however, it is the best wax that i have used. I will keep using this, at least until I find something stronger.

      Good wax

      Pretty solid wax for the price. I’ve been using it for years. Probably not the best for hold when it’s warm. But I’ve rarely have had issues.

      Good Product for Groming the Mustache

      Have used this product for a long time. It does a very satisfactory job. The included comb could be made stronger or redesigned. It breaks much to easily. The tube cap could also be made stronger since it also breaks easily when tightening.

      Before this tube, I used the white wax. Having black hair, I decided to get black wax this time, but learned that the black wax is too messy and doesn't quite stay on the way I wished it would.
