The cooler is new as described, but the corner of the fan was damaged. This is an easy fix, so I am not too worried about. It is going inside the chassis, so I am not worried about appearances/presentation. This is not the fault of the seller because it looked like the cooler was packed very well. It just looks like the package itself was not handled well during transport. I gave the seller a positive because again the cooler is new, and also it was delivered on time. Thank you so much!

Die Verkäufer tut selbst in der stressigen Weihnachtszeit alles um seine Liefertermine einzuhalten. Dazu kommt ein extrem guter Support. Da der PC auf dem Versandweg scheinbar geworfen wurde hat sich der RAM Chip kaum merklich gelöst.
