Absolutely first class service. This watch is an excellent product, good looking and robust. I don't know how they can do it for the price AND include free tracked postage! Excellent communications and the watch was delivered promptly as promised and on time. My only difficulty (NOT problem) was the bracelet was too long and I had to figure out how to remove a couple of links - it would have been nice if instructions on how to do this could be included. Well done! 10/10!!
