Performs exactly as anticipated, good buy. Hold the button down for a couple of seconds to turn on, then you can adjust the heat temperature (1 - 2 - 3). Heats very quickly and is ready to use. Brush hair (free of knots) before using then it glides straight through hair.

I love this device!!! Heats up quickly, has "teeth" that cover the heated part so it doesn't burn you if it comes into contact with your scalp or hands, swivel cord so it doesn't get tangled up, and best of all you can quickly and effectively straighten your hair. I have thick, naturally curly hair that frizzes, but this quickly tamed it and made my hair look great!!
