If you hv packed the pot in a smaller box n cushioned wrappings , the pot would have arrived in much better shape. The box is all beatened up from the heavy cast iron pot dancing inside the box, the wrapping was all seperated from the pot as no tapes have been used to secure the wrapping. Fortunately it’s a le creuset which is hardy enough to survive the trip. Scary !

Both glasses were wrapped with ONE layer of plastic wrap with no wrap between the glasses themselves. As soon as I got the package I immediately knew something was broken. I opened it but not without cutting myself as broken glass had made its way onto the packing tape. The first glass was completely shattered and the seller refunded me that one. I later noticed the second one was chipped and offered to send it back with me paying for postage. Silence
