    Paint was ordered as product new condition shipped in crushed condition seller states not his problem it's my problem . So I am stuck with a crushed can of $300. Paint that can pop open anytime. Shipping box was not crushed looks like he was getting rid of his damaged goods to clear his shelves very unprofessional company . I contacted seller twice blew me off twice not his problem

    I believe I handled the situation in a professional manor. I replied to both messages sent and apologized multiple times. I never "blew the buyer off", as well as never said "not my problem" once as buyer states. I came to a final decision that buyer did not agree with. As replied in the messages, the product was not sent out damaged and was damaged in transit.
