    Will not work on 2002 and older Ford Crown Victoria & Mercury Grand Marquis without modifications.

    Will not work on 2002 and older model Ford Crown Victoria & Mercury Grand Marquis vehicles without a wire plug adaptor or by cutting off the new and old blower motor plugs and soldering your old plug onto the new motor. Nothing about this is mentioned in the description of the blower motor. I returned it and bought an AC Delco blower motor which worked perfectly without any midifications.
