Easy setup, Works well, Minor drawbacks
This Smart Switch is not dimmable. I did not need that feature so opted for this less expensive model. Works well for me. It is about 20 ft from my router and the wifi signal has to pass through one wall. Easy to program using the Kara App on my phone. Only drawback for me is the location of the reset button on the front/bottom of switch. Must take care to not compress the button with tight fitting cover plate and also while pressing the manual on-off switch plate. Didn't work for me
I had my handyman install this wall switch but unfortunately it would not work for me. The plastic electrical box in my wall was too small to receive this switch. You would have to cut out drywall and replace the electrical box with a larger one. That was just too much so I didn't install it. Would have returned it but it would have cost half what I paid just in postage. Oh well

OB Kasa 1 way Smart Switch - a great switch.
The OB Kasa switches have been one of the best switches I have in my system. I wish I could find a 5 wire three way from this company. With the 5 wire switch you can just replace one end of the 3 way circuit and things work. Until a 5 wire is released I will continue to use the OB Kasa one way but am forced to use the 3 ways from a different company.

This is my 2nd smart device for the house and will not be the last! I have been busy planning uses for other devices too.
