    Very interesting and informative.

    This book is a great starting point for those who are interested in learning how vitamins and supplements can help remedy specific problems or contribute to general overall health. However, it should be viewed only as a starting point. As I’ve come to learn from my own nutritional counselors, one has to learn how supplements work together, how to take correct dosages for the proper duration, and when to stop.  Take the book’s advice and consult with your doctor while taking supplements. I’d add that it’s really important that readers consult with a nutritionist as well.
