    Different that I thought but I like it

    I am a fan of books on Stoicism and this format is interesting. You read one passage per day and use that thought to guide you. I thought it was a little corny but gave it a shot and it is great! At least once a day I see a situation where the passage applies and after a few days and weeks you really see it everywhere.
