The reason I ordered this "Original Dell" adaptor is that my non-Dell adaptor will not charge the battery. The adaptor I received is not "Original Dell" as pictured and described. The adaptor did charge. If not, I advised seller that it could send me a return material notice and 1) send me the correct "Original Dell" as described or 2) refund my purchase price. After 2 1/2 business days no response. Extremely disappointed with factory-outlet-us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU MAY GET RIPPED OFF ALSO.
