Communicated promptly, and delivery was fast with no problems. Item arrived as described, the only negative that I was not happy with was that the price of the item was dropped by £60+ less than 24 hours after my purchase so before my item had even arrived the price was dropped and I kept getting emails telling me the price had been reviewed and to check out the new price, I had even asked if had anything cheaper but got told they only do refurbished, which obviously was annoying.

All went very very well, apart from the delivery man could not find the package on his van, but he delivered the wheel about 2 hours later, I was out at the time so it's approx time. Seller was extremely helpfulfull I could not ask for more, exahaulent seller I will definitely buy from him again when needed.
