When I received this perfume, its scent was virtually almost nonexistent. This seller doesn’t accept returns. I contacted him, made my complaint & asked him to refund my money. He refunded my money immediately, assured me he was not aware of the issue until I contacted him, and even told me I did not need to return the item due to the inconvenience I had been caused. I really appreciated his prompt reply & his willingness to make this right, & I would definitely work with him again!
