Not seller's fault, USPS delivered over a week late. The tankless heater listing said LNG and Natural Gas alternately. It is natural gas Water fittings are ½" MIP, making install hard as we use NPT, a tapered thread in USA. I used FNPT and lots of Teflon tape. Instructions are ambiguous due to translation and water temp is lower than my tank water heater's middle setting. There is a learning curve to use tankless for sure. Intermittent dishwasher use will be cold w/ delay of heat.
